Effective rights settings

Enable user to view and manage only what's within their rights. The application allows to set detailed rights for each user regardless if you're an employer or contractor of OHS and fire protection. It's possible to grant access only to specific companies or operations with rights for managing each individual event (basic/professional courses, health checks and other terms).

• State of employees (active, termination of employment, before work start, before termination)
• Typ of Employment
• Work start date
• Assigned profession
• Custom Filters/selections
• Terms status (completed, completed in advance, incomplete - expired, incomplete - never done)
• Name of assigned term

Need to find out which employees attended OHS in October, or who you need to send on medical checkup in June? Thanks to the Overview you're able to generate the desired output within few seconds either you need an actual overview of fulfilling events, a plan for next period or a report of already completed events from the past.
